Today Apple has released a security patch for iOS and iPadOS with 14.4.2 as well as 12.5.2 for older devices. The update fixes a vulnerability and the update can be installed as usual under Settings > General > Software Update Release Notes Impact: Processing maliciously crafted web content may lead to universal cross site scripting.
